"Mensch, fass den Hund!"
Man, catch the dog (German)

A series addressing the figure of the dog used to terrorize prisoners in the Sobibor extermination camp. Trained to attack and kill on command, the dog embodied a mechanism of violence and control. My father, Dov Freiberg, was bitten by the dog and bore its scars.
